Visit the Google Workspace Marketplace, search for "Sheet.Cal", and click "Install". Follow the prompts to grant the necessary permissions. Once installed, open any Google Sheet and look for the Sheet.Cal icon in the right sidebar.
Sheet.Cal requires access to: (1) the current spreadsheet to read your event data, (2) Google Calendar to create, update, and delete events, and (3) display content in the sidebar. We never access spreadsheets or calendars you haven't explicitly connected.
Each spreadsheet is connected to one calendar at a time. However, you can use Sheet.Cal in multiple spreadsheets, each connected to a different calendar.
The Free tier includes full two-way sync within a 30-day window and up to 2 recurring events per month. Pro unlocks unlimited sync window, unlimited recurring events, guest management, and Google Meet integration.
Before making any changes, Sheet.Cal shows you exactly what will be created, updated, or deleted. You can review all changes and only proceed when you're confident everything is correct. This prevents accidental data loss.
Sheet.Cal supports most common date formats, including dates entered as text (e.g., "Jan 15, 2024"), native Google Sheets dates, and ISO format. For times, use formats like "2:00 PM" or "14:00".
Yes! Either leave the "End Time" column empty for a single all-day event, or set the "All Day" column to "Y" or "Yes".
Set the "Status" column to "DELETE" for any event you want to remove. When you sync, Sheet.Cal will delete those events from your calendar. The sync log will record the deletion.
You can manage your subscription from within the add-on (Settings → Manage Subscription), which will take you to the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel anytime, and your Pro access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Yes. Sheet.Cal runs entirely within Google's infrastructure. Your data never leaves Google's servers. We don't store any of your spreadsheet or calendar data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
